| Vacuum Casting
Vacuum casting is a process used to create small, accurate, and high–quality plastic parts. It is a type of rapid prototyping process that uses a silicone mold to create multiple copies of a part from a master model. The process involves pouring a liquid resin into a mol, which is then placed in a vacuum chamber. The vacuum pulls the air out of the mold, allowing the resin to fill the mold and form a part. After the part has cured, it is removed from the mold and the process is repeated to create multiple copies of the part. Description

We provide efficient solutions for low-volume manufacturing by utilizing aluminum and steel tooling materials to construct molds that produce quantities ranging from several hundred to a few thousand parts.
To optimize lead time and reduce costs, we share the mold base and use different mold cavities, selecting materials based on the resin type, part characteristics, and the desired number of parts. We create aluminum tools that are suitable for smaller volumes due to their fast modeling and cost-effectiveness.
Steel tools, on the other hand, are more durable and better suited for larger volume production, particularly when injecting abrasive or corrosive plastics, and need to take longer to manufacture.
Our tooling workshop and extensive available selection of plastic materials in the warehouse allow us to handle a wide range of projects and would fulfill the LOW-VOLUME and RAPID production demand for samples/prototypes, molds, parts, and products.
