01| Product Design

MaxWise has highly skilled designers and engineers in our Engineering & Project Development Dept who can assist clients in creating 2D/3D files that are both feasible for tooling building and production with cost-effective.

02| Design Finalization

MaxWise optimize the product design based on a comprehensive understanding of the project details, specifications, functions, usage environment, marketing, and all requirements, to ensure a high rate of conforming products, reduce lead time, minimize fabrication and maintenance costs, and mitigate potential risks.

03| Prototyping

MaxWise has a proven track record of successful projects over the years, most of which are novel and require prototyping to ensure their functionality before building tooling and mass production.

We help customers to make prototypes/samples through CNC machining, 3D printing, and urethane (vacuum) casting solutions to further verify the design and reduce potential mechanical design risks at a preliminary stage.

04| Desgin for Manufacturing (DFM)

MaxWise provides specialized mold flow analysis to prevent demolding, shrinking, sink marks, and other problems that may arise during mass production.

05| Mold Design
We adopt a methodical and tactical approach to mold design, allowing us to make informed decisions based on several factors including part geometry, molding material properties, the specific molding process, and product life cycle estimates. Our mold design process incorporates a range of analysis and testing tools to validate our design concepts and guarantee a high level of product conformity. Our precision quality mold manufacturing process includes the use of advanced features like exchangeable cores, hot runner systems, and multi-cavity configurations.
06| Mold Flow Analysis (MFA)
MaxWise can creat Mold Flow Analysis Report (MFA) which is a computer-aided engineering (CAE) tool used to simulate the injection molding process. It is used to optimize the design of plastic parts and injection molds, predict potential manufacturing defects, and analyze the effects of different molding parameters on the part’s performance, while refining the molding process, reduce cycle times, and improve part quality.
07| Design Failure Mode Analysis(DFMA)
Design Failure Mode Analysis (DFMA) is a structured approach used to identify potential failure modes in a product design. It is used to identify potential design flaws that could lead to product failure, and to identify corrective actions that can be taken to reduce the risk of failure in the design process, before the product is released to the market. This helps to reduce the risk of costly recalls and other problems associated with product failure.
08| Structual Performance Testing
MaxWise performs Structural Performance Testing mainly to evaluate the strength and durability of the product, and assess how well the product can withstand various loads, stresses, and environmental conditions, which is important for ensuring the product design is safe and reliable for its intended use.
