All customers, employees, and suppliers sign an NDA to protect the company and projects’ information. Employees must undergo pre-entry training to maintain security. Only authorized personnel may access sensitive customer data, and outside sources must also adhere to confidentiality standards. The Document Control Team will carefully review NDAs and enforce customer confidentiality processes.

As a custom manufacturing company without our own products, the likelihood of IP exploitation is virtually nonexistent. We maintain high ethical standards and respect the IP rights of others in all business dealings.

As per our exclusive manufacturing agreement, MAXWISE factory only produces this product for the signing customer and commits to not manufacturing a similar product for their competitors.

We maintain confidentiality by not disclosing the product, production process, or customer identity information outside the MAXWISE project team, protecting the customer’s business interests and maintaining their competitive advantage.
